War and violence have taken a colossal toll on food, water and health care for Yemeni children. Bombed and destroyed water treatment plants mean that children are drinking polluted and untreated water, giving way to the inevitable, cholera.

We are proud to be working with ComfortAid International on an Eid initiative to last throughout 2021. Two fully equipped ambulances will be sent to the Hajjah area of Yemen every month. Hajjah is home to three refugee camps, housing approximately 7,000 refugees; 90% of whom are women and children.

Up to 14,000 children will be medically evaluated by a team of doctors and nurses and administered a cholera vaccine, vitamins and any other necessary medication they may require including antibiotics, glucose solution and analgesics.
